Choose from nine proteins — lamb shish kebab, Izgara kofte, lamb and chicken Adana, chicken kebab, chicken chops, Turkish chicken and beef/lamb gyro, and a char-grilled vegetable platter — plus traditional bases like homemade buttered rice pilaf.
